So lately I have been eating this wheat cereal every moring for breakfast and I tell you, I feel so good. What it is, is wheat cernals that I put in the crockpot about 5 cups with 9 cups water. The cernals absorb the water and look like this. To store it I put them in about 4 or 5 smaller ziplock bags and put one in the fridge and freeze the rest.
Then you add these tasty berries. And Microwave about 2 minutes.
I then add Honey nut Cheerios (I need something sweet) with some vanilla soymilk. And it actually tastes really good, AND it keeps you regular.
